Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

• Open to individuals aged 16 or older, regardless of nationality or country of residence.
• Employees of UK Cycling Events Ltd and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.

2. Entry Period:

• Entries must be received by 11:59 PM BST on October 13, 2024.

3. Entry Method:

• To enter, participants must leave a review on the New Forest Tour Racecheck page.
• The review must be from a genuine participant and include the participant's bib number.

4. Prizes:

• One (1) free entry to any upcoming 2024 or 2025 cycling sportive.
• The prize consists of a voucher code that can be redeemed for one free entry.
• The voucher code must be redeemed by October 1, 2025.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be notified via email or another method as determined by the organiser.

6. Unclaimed Prizes:

• If the winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited.

7. Governing Law:

• This raffle is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

8. General Terms:

• By entering the raffle, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
• The organiser reserves the right to modify or cancel the raffle at any time.
• The organiser is not responsible for any technical difficulties or other issues that may affect entry or participation.
