As part of this, Matt Rowe — experienced coach and founder of Rowe & King — will be hosting a series of free, live webinars exclusively for UKCE riders. Each session is perfectly timed ahead of our events, giving you the opportunity to complete an FTP test, follow a structured training plan, and show up on event day feeling stronger, more confident, and ready to ride your best. Whether you're chasing endurance, power, or just a smoother ride — this is your chance to level up, with expert support, for free.

The 30-Day FTP Challenge
FTP (Functional Threshold Power) is a key benchmark of endurance and climbing strength.
The FTP Challenge has a suggested timeline (see below), but it’s flexible, so don’t worry if the dates don’t quite line up. You can start when it works for you and still get the benefits from the 4-week structured training program for the team at Rowe & King.
This challenge will help you increase your FTP in just 30 days, guided by Rowe & King coaching.
