New Forest 100 Sportive

Now in its 5th year, the Wiggle New Forest 100 Sportive has quickly established itself as one of the UK’s biggest and best events, ’a must do’. Selling out in its first 4 years, and attracted over 3000 riders in 2012. The Riders are sure to experience a magical sportive combined with post event entertainment, a BBQ, refreshments and Live Music.

The Wiggle New Forest 100 Sportive, is set against the stunning backdrop of the New Forest National Park. The course sweeps through the quiet leafy country roads, taking in some challenging, but short hills and breath taking views. With typical speed limits of 20mph and very few cars, you will be able to enjoy the spectacular scenery in peace.

The event is open to a wide range of riders and abilities, with the options of a 101 mile Epic; 70 mile Standard and 41 mile Short route.

The spectacular scenery of The New Forest National Park, combined with wild animals grazing at the roadside and picturesque villages, make this a truly special sportive!

Pre Registration

To help reduce any queuing during on the morning of the event. We will be opening registration on the afternoon / evening before your chosen event, this is in addition to the registration on the morning of the event. If you able to Pre register please do so. Thanks

Kids ride Free!

We want to encourage young riders to enjoy the pleasure of cycling. That's why all riders under 16 years ride for free when accompanied by a paying adult!

Online pre-entry

Online pre-entry is the easiest way of entering and saves £3.00 per person vs. entering on the day. Online pre-entry will save you time on the day of the event allowing you to simply pick up your registration pack from the 'Pre entered collection point' and avoid having to queue up. Please note: if a event reaches its capacity we will have to close the event to riders wanting to enter on the day. It is therefore best to pre enter online to avoid disappointment!

On the day entry

On the day entries are available at all our events as long as the event has not sold out prior to the event day. On the day entries are subject to an additional £3.00 per person surcharge. Payment can be made with cash or cheque. You can fill out an entry form when you arrive at the event. One entry form must be completed per person. Wiggle Customers will not be able to receive any loyalty discounts on the day.

Awards

Although all our rides are non competitive events (i.e. not races), most people still like to know how well they've done. With this in mind we will time each participants ride. When you complete your ride your time will be calculated and these timings, along with the timing Award you achieved, will be displayed on the Website. Each rider will receive a timing award of either; bronze, silver or gold, depending on their average speed. Of course, some riders aren't bothered about all these awards and just cycle for the experience and stunning scenery.
